Please allow for an average of 48~72 hours in order for the process, and occasionally, shipment may be delayed due to fraud review or in-stock availability. For buyer protection, all orders are subject to review, including credit card authorization, verification, and PayPal transaction. Also, if your shipping information does not match your credit card billing information, there may be some delay in the order process. If an item is in production delay, it may be canceled or delayed. You will be informed if this situation happens.
ORDER PROCESS TIME BEFORE SHIPMENT (Order process time doesn't count weekends and holidays)

- Order Process Time when you purchase hand-crafted items or made-to-order items: 5~14 business days
- Order Process Time with E-check payment: the pending payment has to be cleared (3-5 business days in general)
- Order Process Time when your purchase is back-ordered: Most of the time we have items that we are selling in stock, but sometimes, the item you purchased might be out of stock or back-ordered. We may cancel the out-of-stock item, or ship the back-ordered item in a separate package when it's ready. When this happens, we ask for your generous understanding. We will try our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. All back-ordered items will be shipped via Standard Air Parcel without additional charge.

Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. Delivery may take longer than expected due to many factors including Customs retention, postal congestion, and slow delivery service of the destination country, etc.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time period indicated. However, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control.
Your name and shipping address should be the same on both NewStylish and payment gateways' accounts. If the shipping information doesn't coincide, we will ship your order to the NewStylish shipping address that is submitted to us during the checkout process. Any delivery problem that may occur due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information will be the buyer's full responsibility.

If you don't receive your order in the estimated delivery time to your region, please contact us for assistance.
* Please note that if you are absent on delivery, some delivery services may just leave the packet at your address but some delivery services will leave a notice for pick-up or reschedule the delivery.
If you don't claim the package within the indicated time period on the notice, your package will be returned to us or destroyed. You will be fully responsible for both shipping charges and applicable penalties.
CUSTOM TAX ISSUE
Even if we always try to avoid tax issues, there may be some cases in which you may be charged for Customs or Import tax that is applicable according to your Customs law. If you do not accept receiving the package, it will be returned to us and the original shipping charge cannot be refunded and will be deducted from the total amount of refund. Please understand that custom tax is part of international shopping and it's the buyer's responsibility.
SHIPPING RATE ACCORDING TO DESTINATION
The shipping rate is automatically calculated based on the total volume of the buyer's merchandise, and destination. We ship via Standard Air or Expedited shipping to most countries according to a buyer's preference during the checkout process, but there are some countries where we only ship via Expedited shipping service due to frequent package loss and excessive delay in their Customs.
If your country is included in the expedited-only area, you don't have any other choices. If your country is not listed when you put the shipping information in your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we may find an alternative way for you.
In order to minimize the shipping problem, we only ship a package that is under 20kg(44 lbs) in total. If you make an order that exceeds 20kg(44 lbs) in total, we will divide it and make separate shipments.
