You have to submit accurate shipping information when you make a purchase. If a package is returned for the reason of insufficient shipping address or unclaimed by an addressee, you will be fully responsible for all related shipping charges. 

For reshipment, you have to pay for reshipping fee. 

If you cancel the order due to this, the original shipping charge & other expenses will be automatically deducted from the total refund.
