You may cancel or change your order only if you contact us within 24 hours after the payment is made. Please contact us for assistance as soon as possible. If you don't contact us within the given time, there will be no way to reverse your order. Also, if you cancel the order due to your fault, a 4% cancellation fee will be applied. (Such reasons as 'change your mind' and 'ordered wrong item')
